Meyers Services provides excavation services including but not limited to site preparation, demolition, grading, and excavation for residential, commercial, and industrial Projects
Access: The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the site for our personnel and equipment. Any obstacles or hazards must be addressed prior to the commencement of work.
Liability: Meyers Services shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Meyers Services, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the client's use of our services.
Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or contract between Meyers Services and the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
Changes to Services: Meyers Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services without prior notice. We shall not be liable to the client or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuances of services.
Confidentiality: Any information shared with Meyers Services during the course of our services will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Amendments: Meyers Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
